Gym Facilities include :

 

Threadmills, cross trainers, steppers, rowing machines, bikes, weight

Machines.  Abdominal and many others (total of 25 machines).

Members can avail of shower and changing facility and supervised parking.

 

We will be open at least 3 evenings per week for 1st session,

 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 9pm, and may extend due to demand.

Hall Hire

 

Also available for rent in block or on a hourly basis. 

 

State of the art Sports Hall which has 4 Badminton Courts, Olympic Size Basketball court with electric scoreboard, 2 Vollyball Courts,

 

Indoor Soccer, Olympic Handball. Showers and changing roms also available

This facility will also be available outside the normal  Night class times and available to Community Groups (You will need your own insurance for this)
